Edward Beagan

Edward A. Beagan is the Deputy General Counsel to the Clients’ Security Board.  He served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Office of the MA Attorney General from 2011 – 2022, where he was Senior Trial Counsel for the White Collar and Public Integrity Division, and Division Chief of the AGO Fraud and Financial Crimes Division.  From 2004 through 2011, Ed worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and previously worked as a Law Clerk to the Suffolk Superior Court from 2003-2004.   Ed is a 1991 graduate of Bowdoin College, and a 2003 graduate of New England School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude).
