Tal M. Unrad

Tal M. Unrad, Esq., was appointed to the Board effective January 1, 2023. He is a partner at ArentFox Schiff LLP where he concentrates his practice on commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and distressed transactions.  He regularly advises clients regarding corporate structuring and governance.  Prior to his admission to the bar, Mr. Unrad worked at Travelers Insurance in its Bond and Surety division. 

He is a member of the Boston Bar Association; the BBA Business Transactions and Bankruptcy Sections; the Association for Corporate Growth; the American Bankruptcy Institute; and the Turnaround Management Association.

Mr. Unrad received his B.A. degree in International Relations and Political Science from Tufts University and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut.
