Katie M. McDonough

Katie McDonough, Esq., was appointed to the Board effective December 2, 2024. She is a corporate and estate planning lawyer uniquely positioned at the intersection of business and family considerations. She serves as trusted counsel for a variety of clients, including construction companies, medical and professional service firms, and other family-owned businesses and non-profits across multiple states.

Katie advises for-profit and non-profit clients on transactions, financing, business planning, succession planning, and risk mitigation. She actively coordinates the provision of legal services relating to contracts and litigation, shareholder agreements and disputes, insurance disputes, mergers & acquisitions, employment matters, commercial contracts, and partnership and trust disputes.

Katie also has deep experience in estate planning and administration, allowing her to advise clients holistically as they pursue their business goals and provide comprehensive legal service to business owners and their families.
